1. It’s ok to make mistakes as long as you learn from them they will make you stronger.
2. Don’t be hard on yourself.
3. Think positive- A positive attitude will get you very far in life.
4. Express yourself freely.
5. Believe in yourself no matter what.
6. Life is not measured by possession but by your character.
7. Do what you love and love what you do.
8. It’s okay to dream that’s where your future is born.
9. Except yourself flaws and all.
10. No man is an island- Life was not mean to be lived alone. Everyone needs people in their lives for different reasons.
11. Except people for who they are without judgment- I am learning to allow people to be who they are. Although you may not agree with their views, lifestyle or decisions. Everyone is responsible for his/her own life and I have to live mine.
12. The law of attraction- I must say learning that like attract like and we attract what is on our minds have been the one of the greatest lessons I have learned.
13. Follow your intuition- I was talking to a friend of mine and he told me he was taught to follow his intuition in everything that he does. It has led him to move to different cities and making decisions. That is something I am learning to trust now and wish I knew this earlier.
14. Take yourself less seriously- Life is too short…. laugh it’s not that serious.
15. Don’t grow up too fast- Life is a journey, enjoy it.
16. Healthy pride is good but when you allow it to block your blessings that’s bad.
17. Don’t take life for granted- Despite what you feel about where you should be in life there are people in the world right now that wish they had it as good as you.
18. Gratitude- Be thankful for EVERYTHING this is the only way to bring more blessings into your life.
19. Focus on enjoying your journey instead of reaching your destination- Too much time can be spent on achieving our goals, so much that we don’t enjoy getting there.
20. No one is perfect- NO ONE IS PERFECT SO GET OVER YOURSELF LOL. It is good to want better but when you get fixated on irrational goals you can set yourself for dissapointment.
What are some things you wish to have learned as a child?
