DON’T GIVE TITHES OR OFFERINGS…
I used to be one of many people that didn’t give offering “honestly”. Sometimes while giving I thought about how much I should give because a bill needs to be paid and something else could be done with the money. If you ever felt this way when giving tithes or offering PLEASE STOP KEEP YOUR MONEY! Yes, I said keep your money, what you will be doing is setting your self up for poverty. Let me explain, When you give with that mind set of lack and resentment you are not giving freely. Galatians 6:7-8: “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” You will reap what you sow, would you plant seeds thinking that it wont grow? Wouldn’t you give it the sun light and water that it needs to grow? When you plant seeds you expect a plant to grow because there is no doubt in your mind to think other wise. That is how your faith should be. When you give your tithes, offerings or give to anyone you are planting a seed and your thoughts, words and faith represents the soil, sun and water. You will get back what you give with the same energy you give it. When you give while worrying about a bill you are mocking God. Remember God hears our thoughts even when we are not praying. He gives us the desires of our hearts. If you are thinking about how much you need money instead of asking our father you are not standing on God’s promises. Begin to stand firm on your faith, give and it will come back to you!

Real Faith
“Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step”. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
True faith is being able to see your dreams despite what your outer world may look like and despite what people say. If you can hold your dreams in your heart and mind it will manifest into your reality!
All too often are we derailed from the things we want no matter how small it is because of what we currently see. Last night I was ready to back out of something because I didn’t see how it would happen. Now that I think about it I didn’t even give it a chance because I was focusing on my current situation.
I woke up this morning and I remembered this quote and decided that I will step out on faith. If we continue to look at our current situation as a guide and not as contrast to what we want our current reality will remain the same. This morning I opened my eyes to the possibilities, and what I saw was grand!
I am glad that I made the decision because I know all things are currently working for me to see the results that I want. That is what I love about personal growth, there are always new heights to reach and new lessons to learn. I am reaching and encourage you to do the same.
Remember the sky is the limit!

Separation from “I Can’t”
Today I thought about how we can sometimes limit ourselves from accomplishing things because of our connection with “I can’t”. Sometimes the phrase “I can’t” comfort our minds and provides us with the familiar feeling of being complacent.
I am here to say that “I can’t” is a deceiver and doesn’t want the best for us. “I can’t” likes to be careful not wanting to revisit any past disappointments and never likes to take risks. “I can” on the other hand is real in your face, taking on anyone or anything.
Although “I can” may require change and work, it is to our advantage. “I can” will drag you out of bed to motivate and inspire you to achieve all your goals. “I can” acts in faith and sees our road ahead before we do and guides us down the right path.
We can create anything we want with the power of our minds. Let us break ourselves free from past hurt, fear, and rejection. Forget about hereditary patterns, cultural barriers, race or sex. Let us start focusing on unleashing that power from within.
Dig deep and experience the love, happiness, joy and hope of life. Give thought to all you can be and more importantly all that you thought you couldn’t be! When “I cant” wants to pop in your mind for a visit, firmly say there is no room here for you “I can” is here to stay!
“Whether You Think You Can or Can’t, You’re Right”–Henry Ford
